Remove the agarbatti from its packaging and hold it upright. Light the tip of the stick until it begins to glow red, then gently blow out the flame. Place the incense in an appropriate holder on a non-flammable surface to ensure that it burns safely.

The agarbatti is intended for fragrance use only, as is specified on the packaging by all agarbatti manufacturers. To prevent accidents, store and use it out of the reach of children and animals. Always burn the agarbatti away from flammable materials and in an open, well-ventilated area. For safety reasons, never leave the burning agarbatti unattended.
