RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at info@shreejiagarbatti.com within 72 hours of the product being delivered.
Each orders will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
